ZGM255-1：This insert features a dark gray-black surface. Made from imported ultrafine-grain carbide substrates and coated with the latest coating technology, it maintains sharp cutting edges while delivering reliable chipping resistance. Verified via extensive testing, it performs excellently when machining carbon steel, 40Cr, 304 & 316 stainless steel, Kovar alloy and high-temperature superalloys. It also achieves stable cutting results on heat-treated materials with hardness ranging from HRC 55 to HRC 60.
